Bloomreach Academy provides expert training and enablement on all three Bloomreach solutions: Engagement, Discovery, and Content.
We have carefully crafted a portfolio of courses for each solution, ensuring that we provide the essential knowledge for a variety of customer personas and experience levels. Feel free to explore each portfolio by clicking the following links:
Consider your experience with the solution
We strongly recommend that all students start with the Foundations course for their Bloomreach solution. The Foundations courses will teach you all the fundamental knowledge you'll need to start working with the solution as an independent user. If you are already an experienced and independent user of Bloomreach, then we invite you to join one of our more advanced courses.
For those interested in Bloomreach Engagement, please view the portfolio one-pager which outlines our collection of beginner and specialized courses. For those interested in Bloomreach Discovery or Bloomreach Content, please visit the respective portfolio to see the available courses.
What subscriptions are available?
Please note that the Academy subscriptions can only be used on the Engagement portfolio. Discovery and Content training needs to be purchased separately. There are two types of Academy subscriptions:
How to find your subscription details?
Each subscription holder will be assigned a unique promo code that grants a 100% discount off any Engagement course. Once you are assigned to a subscription pass, you will receive your unique promo code via email. Please watch out for an email with the subject line “Standard/Champion Subscription: Welcome to Bloomreach Academy”.
Note that you must first follow the platform invite to create an account if you are not already registered (search for the subject line "You've been invited to Bloomreach Academy"). Upon registration you'll receive the aforementioned welcome email containing your unique promo code, enrolment instructions, and other key information.
How do I transfer a subscription?
Subscription passes can be transferred from one holder to another user, as long as:
Free Courses
Sign into your Bloomreach Academy account —> Select your desired free course —> Click “Enroll” —> Access the course via the “My Profile” section.
Paid Courses (Engagement)
Sign in to your Bloomreach Academy account —> Select your desired paid course —> Click “Purchase” and go to checkout —> Apply your unique promo code to receive a 100% discount —> Click “Purchase” again —> Access the course via the “My Profile” section.
Important Note: Once assigned to a subscription pass, you will receive a unique promo code. Please find your promo code in an email from academy@bloomreach.com with the subject line “Standard/Champion Subscription: Welcome to Bloomreach Academy”.
Paid Courses (Discovery/Content)
You will be promptly enrolled by the Academy Team once a Discovery or Content course is purchased. Upon enrolment, you'll receive a confirmation email and will be able to access the course materials easily via the "My Profile" section.
To view which courses you're already enrolled in, simply navigate to the profile icon in the right-hand side of the navigation bar, select the "My Profile" option, and scroll to the ‘Registrations’ section of the page. This will show you a list of courses that you are currently enrolled in or previously completed.

Discovery & Content Courses
The prices associated with our Discovery and Content one-off course tickets vary. Please navigate to the description of your desired course to find the associated cost.
Purchasing Subscriptions & Courses
Please contact your Bloomreach Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with the details of your Academy training purchase request. They will handle the purchase request and we will provide you with access to the subscription or course as soon as possible.
Many of our Discovery and Content courses do not show a “Register" button. This means that the training must be purchased individually. The Academy Team will register you once your Bloomreach Account Manager or Customer Success Manager has been in touch with us to confirm.
What to expect from live sessions?
Many of our courses include live sessions as part of the curriculum. These live sessions often provide more practical hands-on work within the solution itself and will also consolidate the content covered in the course videos. We strongly recommend attending all available live sessions to gain the most value from your course.
How to register in live sessions?
Before attending a live session you must first register. To register for a live session simply follow these instructions:
Head into the course you are enrolled in —> Navigate to the curriculum tab —> Select the live sessions you wish to attend —> Click on the "Register" button and then "Download to Calendar" to receive a confirmation email and a calendar event.
Prior to any live session it is helpful for you to review the course curriculum to understand what's in store. Be prepared to meet your teachers, classmates, and learn how to navigate the course!
Important Notice
All Bloomreach Academy live sessions are hosted via Zoom. We recommend double-checking that you are able to access Zoom prior to your attendance. Please also note as we are a global company the session times cannot be changed. If you're unable to attend a live session, we encourage you to watch the recording of the session which can be found within the course materials shortly after the session concludes.
What is the Engagement demo app?
The Engagement demo application is an environment that you can utilize to complete the practical exercise included as part of your course. This environment provides you with dummy data and ensures that you can practice with the various platform features, without risking the health of your own project.
How to gain access?
If you are assigned to a subscription pass or have been enrolled in an Engagement course, then you should have already received an invitation to the demo application. Please search for an email with the subject line "Bloomreach Invitation". If you're experiencing any issues accessing or using the demo application, please refer to this document.
Why do we include exams?
The goal of each exam is to assess your knowledge of the Bloomreach solution and ensure that you have consolidated the information learned during the course. We want you to feel enabled and confident in using the platform with minimal difficulties. We have designed our exams to be challenging but stress-free (don't worry, there won't be any trick questions).
What format are the exams?
The exam format varies depending on the course, but generally they are broken into two main sections:
For our Engagement courses, if you need to leave your exam part-way through, don’t worry - your exam progress is saved as you go. There's also no need to worry if you do not pass the final exam the first time around, as you'll have at least one further attempt at the exam.
For our Discovery & Content courses, your time and exam retake limits will vary. Please refer to the relevant curriculum page to understand the specific details of your exam.
Do the exams have deadlines?
We strongly recommend that you submit the exam before the exam evaluation session (in live courses) or shortly after completing all the materials (in on-demand courses), however this is not a requirement. There are no specific deadlines for the exams in our courses, so please submit the exam when you feel ready to do so.
Sign in to your Bloomreach Academy account —> Navigate to the "My Profile" section —> Scroll to the ‘Registrations’ section of the page —> Next to the completed courses you should see an 'Add to LinkedIn' button —> Click this button and follow the steps on LinkedIn.
