Why take this course?

Discovery Foundations is the definitive introductory course for new users to Bloomreach Discovery or those team members who need a refresher on features and functionality. In this course, you will learn how Bloomreach Search works, how to set up search and category rules, targeted audiences, A/B tests, and more. Additionally, you will go through a deep dive into the functionality of Bloomreach Insights, our in-suite merchandising analytics tool.

Ensure your team is trained on Discovery in order to maximize your digital experience with the Bloomreach Experience Platform.

How much does it cost?

The Discovery Foundations Training costs per cohort are as follows:

  • Remote private: $12.000 (US training), £ 11.000 (UK training), € 11.000 (rest of Europe).
  • In-person private: $18.000 (US training), £ 15.000 (UK training), € 15.000 (rest of Europe).

This training requires no prerequisite knowledge in Bloomreach Discovery.

    • A brief introduction to Bloomreach Discovery
    • Bloomreach Search: Autosuggest, Ranking Diagnostics, Redirects, Synonyms, and best practices 
    • Bloomreach Categories: how they work and how to write category rules
    • Global Rules & Facet Management on Bloomreach powered search and category pages
    • A/B testing best practices
    • Audience Targeting
    • Campaigns & Assets functionality to effectively align a page with marketing campaigns and draw attention to certain products on the page
    • Pathway & Recommendations to enhance the product discovery experiences on your site
    • Insights Dashboard to measure the impact of changes made and the value added by your action: Activities, Library, Metrics & Attribution, Opportunities, Playbooks, and Collections

Live Sessions

Throughout this training, you will be offered three live sessions (up to two hours each) hosted by a Business Services Consultant at Bloomreach.

Duration:

This training takes approximately 12 hours to complete.
